They explain everything they are going to do and make sure I am comfortable through the entire process.  The only down side is no Bluetooth connection to the TV. 🙂 😀

I have not been to the Dentist in quite some time, in fact I was feeling extremely guilty about it. But I made the appointment and really felt comfortable around most of the staff. The office was very clean and everyone one seemed very friendly. My Hygienist that took care of me seemed like she might be new and had some issues with some of the machines, but she was wonderful, confident and asked for help when she needed it. I met one of the Dr's and he asked immediately about replacement (teeth), which I am not interested in but fear I may be headed in that direction anyway. He did not push the topic. Once I said no, he went on to a reasonable treatment plan for me. I really appreciated that. I think I found a new dentist and one I can be compliant with 🙂 Thank you High Desert, I will see you soon. 🙂

Yesterday, they generously offered free dental services to people who work for nonprofit organizations, and I was fortunate enough to take advantage of it. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. There was absolutely no judgment, just genuine compassion and a desire to help. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and did an amazing job. What impressed me just as much as the care I received is how much High Desert Dental gives back to our community. Offering their time, expertise, and services for free is an incredible act of generosity and shows how much they truly care about the people and organizations in our community. The entire office has such a warm, family-like atmosphere. You don’t feel like you’re just another patient you feel genuinely cared for.
